YourWay reserves the right to transfer personal information, personal purchasing information, and all photos (including Private photos) to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of YourWay or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.
PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Website users residing in California may submit a request to us asking for information regarding (1) the categories of personal information that we may share with third parties, and (2) a list of the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we have shared such information for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year.
